By downloading or using the Freelance Reality application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.
Freelance Reality is a calculation tool designed to help freelancers estimate their true hourly rates and proposal amounts based on platform fees and administrative time. The calculations provided by the App are estimates and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
While we use Firebase Remote Config to keep platform fee structures (such as Upwork, Fiverr, Lancers, CrowdWorks, Coconala, Freelancer.com) as up-to-date as possible, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. Platform fees, tax laws, and rules are subject to change by the respective platforms without notice. You agree that it is your responsibility to verify any final numbers with the respective platform before submitting a proposal or accepting a contract.
We are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with the rules of freelance platforms, your tax obligations, or relying on the calculations provided by this App to secure contracts.
We reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
